America’s Deciding Her Future

Hi there!

It’s Election week in the US and polls suggest that we’re expecting a tight race.

Here in Europe, we’ll probably watch the news till late in the night (and the following morning), which usually happens for events like - choose your poison - the Super Bowl, the Academy Awards, the America’s Cup, or the NBA finals.

We should probably think about some snacks (★70 recipes) for the night, or maybe some healthy bites (★45 recipes). Or an Anti-Anxiety Election Day Menu with emergency pickles, like this.

Good luck, American friends!

PS: this issue was waiting for the new Michelin Stars in Italy, you’ll find more reading on.

PRAY FOR VALENCIA

It's difficult to keep the usual tone of this newsletter when Spain is dealing with floods. Many people have been affected.

While food might not seem like the top priority, it's crucial to have a place to store food and other essentials during emergencies.

Chef José Andrés' World Central Kitchen has teamed up with Valencia CF and the Valencia food bank to support those in need. They’re using the stadium.

Here’s an How to help recap.
